America's Cup Parade

When the America’s Cup visited Picton, Marlborough Events was contracted to coordinate the public street parade and festivities.

 

Along with the Marlborough District Council, Port Marlborough, Picton Smart + Connected, Queen Charlotte Yacht Club, Waikawa Boating Club and Marlborough Sounds Marinas, we were proud to welcome Emirates Team New Zealand to celebrate their victory at the 2017 America’s Cup.

The public event included a street parade, an official welcome, speeches, live music and a range of festivities.
